Yara Productions Pty Ltd was established in the year 1986, by Managing director Mr. Elie Sukkar specialising in aluminum louvers and glass balustrades.
The company has grown since its establishment and has constantly made an effort to improve manufacturing technology to keep up with market trends and offer unique products. Tough competition in the industry has encouraged the company to look at more innovative methods of offering better products and services to our customers.
A step ahead of all its competitors, in early 1997 the company purchased CNC machines, began using CAD/CAM software and followed by introducing 3D Solid Modeling design in 2003 in order to offer high quality preview images of its products to clients. Stress analysis software also assured more confidence in our designs, making it easier to comply with Australian Standards and Regulations.
What drives our growth? Recurrent worldwide financial and political re-adjustments and unpredictable slumps in the building industry are always instigators of new ideas and these events also bring into question habitual methods of design and production and are drivers of change and innovation for those willing to accept the challenge.
Yara’s unique strategy means they ride easy in the world of the open market despite strong competition from countries with cheaper labour. Yara has expanded into selected areas where our resources are best utilized, while considering our market needs. One of our strongest abilities has been utilization of the latest technology to enhance our engineering and creative skills and applying these innovative processes to the needs of the building industry and other markets with similar requirements.
A strong management team helps the business grow. We aim to create a strong management team by having the right person for the right job. The primary function of the management team is to take the right decision and execute it when needed. To achieve this, it is very important for our teams to have a common goal and good communication skills. Subcontractors and consultants in specialized areas can also be an important part of this team and this collaboration expands our skills and knowledge base.
